We would like to inform you about the possibility of obtaining funding under the Lemur. The aim is to avoid CO2 emissions in relation to the design and construction of new energy efficient public buildings in the form of grants and loans.
Funding in the form of grants of up to 30, 50 or 70% of the design documentation, depending on the energy efficiency class of the proposed building and in the form of a loan of up to 1000 PLN per 1 m2 of built floor area in rooms with controlled temperature air in the building.
This loan is granted for a period of up to 15 years one-year grace period on principal repayment, calculated from the date of completion of the task, which will generate savings that can be used repayment obligations. The interest rate will likely 3M WIBOR plus 0.5 basis points, but not less than 4.5%.
Formal requirement for reimbursement of expenditure on the project documentation will obtain a final building permit, subject to the start of construction for a period not longer than two years after the effective date of this decision and the submission of applications for the job more than 1 million PLN.
The loan may be remitted respectively 70%, 50% or 30% according to the parameters achieved efficiency. Redemption takes place after three years from the end of the Investment and obtaining an occupancy permit, and its height will depend on the resulting average reduction in energy demand and primary utility.
Types of projects:
Financial support is provided for projects involving the design and construction of new buildings:
1) public buildings – would mean a building designed for the needs of public administration, culture, education, higher education, science, education, health, social, or social, tourism, sport (including preschool)
2) collective residential buildings – would mean a building designed for a temporary stay of people, in particular dormitory, student, and the building of permanent residence of people, in particular children’s home, the house pensioners
This funding does not include buildings where commercial activity is carried out on an area of more than 50% of the building.
If the surface is less than 50%, the building may be included in the project, but preferential funding will not be covered by the commercial part.
Announcement of above funding is expected in November 2013.

The Institute was also responsible on behalf of the National Fund’s assessment of other entities that have been submitted to the Fund under the GIS.
